Very peaceful yoga class for new-mom with a baby (before start walking).
|Purpose of Postnatal yoga|
|After delivery, it takes about one and a half months until our uterus returns to original size. It’s hard to make adjustment for loosen skin, pelvic skewness and disorder of the hormone without mindful care. However it is difficult to find your own time for yourself under the new timetable with newborn baby. This class is for "healing for new mom". Yoga asana with deep breathing is very effective to help your recovery of mind and body after giving birth. The exercise begins with the easy/effective poses and it’s very important to continue practice without strain. |
Yoga calmly help you to alleviate stiff shoulder by carry the baby, pelvic skewness, and feeling of helplessness by lack of sleep. Feel free to change diapers or nursing baby during a class. Please relax in LONG Shavasana (relaxation time) with baby in the end of the class.
*teacher is experiences, mom of twin boys, she may add Baby yoga during the class according to the mood of babies.

|Yoga mats provided free of charge.|
Bath towel for baby to laydown
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing for mom(or dad) and baby.
Changing facilities are available, but there are no showers.
Bring own drink. (water/milk)
Please finish feeding at least 30 minutes before the class.
Studio in 4th Floor of building, please use lift to come to 4th floor (Rm 408) and placed baby buggy in front of room.
Staff will assist you to come into the room.
Please bring: water, comfortable clothing and bath towel for baby (to ray down).
Upcoming Postnatal yoga class is nothing.
